Together with a party such as Landal GreenParks, this gave us the trust to take this step. Type ‘Polderstein’ turned out to be a good choice within the available budget. Comparatively, you buy a real house for this money, especially when compared to other providers. Yet they offered us something similar to an ‘embellished mobile home’ in the same price class.
At the moment of purchasing, our accommodation was already reserved, but thanks to the help of the sales team, we were able to purchase the construction number we wanted. When you buy as a private investor, a bit of emotion also comes into play: matters such as the view, the location and the interior package, but also sustainability. In the end, we are all consciously or subconsciously involved with this aspect. An accommodation in the most sustainable recreation park, with excellent distinctive facilities to boot, is what finally motivates you to make a futureproof purchase.
That is long term thinking and provides a good return on the short, but definitely also on the long term.’
